Papau New Guinea coffee is a transplant of the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and share many of the same taste attributes. Look for a sweet acidic flavor with a heavy body. This is also the only coffee that is a Raphaology Peak Food.

I've had 5 pounds of coffee from Java Bob's, so far for me this has been the best. I shared a couple of pots and everyone loved it. I don't see my 2nd contender here now, so it'll be hard to knock this one out of 1st choice. Give it a try, you'll love it too.
This is my 3rd review so I should also mention the service & sales at Java Bob's is excellent. Friendly, fast and helpful, I appreciate you guys!
