Best Flavor & Coffee

We have been customers for over 5 years. Hawaiian Hazelnut is our favorite and we have tried a few different flavors. Never disappoints! We graduated from a 1lb to 5lbs. Please don't ever take this one away.

Where's the flavor?

Normally, I love the Hawaiian Hazelnut and have enjoyed this selection for years and have converted many others with my enthusiasm for its rich aroma and yummy flavor. However, in recent months I have received 2 multi-pound orders that were just flavorless and without a trace of that aroma I look forward to. The guys made the first order right with a replacement shipment (Big THX!), but my most recent order is also devoid of the things that make this flavor special. And its not just me. I had others who are fans of this flavor try a cup or a sniff from the bag and its just not the magic we are all used to. Not sure what is going on there in Santa Cruz, but I suspect either a change in ownership or just poor quality control. Honestly, I feel bad asking for another replacement shipment. Things just shouldn't be this hard. I normally send Java Bob's to my relatives in Michigan for Xmas and birthdays, but now I wonder what they will receive. Its a bummer. You wait for it to arrive, looking forward to that special magic and the consistency just isn't there. An easy 5 star coffee when properly executed. But just an average blend when not. Hope you guys can get back on track. Always rooting for ya... Signed, Loyal but skeptical

I see that my previous review is still being used on your web page. I'm the lady who comes out from Minnesota to visit our daughter in Santa Cruz, and one stop is always at Java Bob's. I indulge myself in Hawaiian Hazelnut. When I'm not there to get it and run out, I order! Good coffee is important to me!

We are in Santa Cruz every 3-4 months to visit our family. Love the Hawaiian Hazelnut sold by Java Bob. I buy a few pounds each time I come. No time to visit the store this time, so I ordered it instead. I'm sure it will give me much sipping pleasure!

This coffee is Addictive! It's supposed to be just "Weekend Coffee" but usually by Wednesday morning the craving kicks in :)
